I have bought my dress from white atelier and cannot wait to receive it . The moment you step foot through the door, you could tell the store had a luxurious feel and the most beautiful dresses all around the room.
I believe this is a relatively new store but I can feel it’ll be a popular one for brides as they start to hear about it more. The shop itself is really lovely. Some people might not care about that but I wanted my whole experience to feel elevated, and that’s what the store was like. I had tried a few other bridal stores and things were crammed or haphazardly hung. This was just beautiful and sleek.

Lucy made me feel really special when trying on the dress too. It honestly felt like a movie.. My parents were welcomed into the store too and waited on the beautiful couch for me while I went into the dressing room. The curtains were drawn and there was a moment of silence while Lucy worked to button up my dress and get it just right. She fluffed it for me and you could tell she was looking at all angles of the dress to get it perfect before I did my reveal. When the curtains were opened, my parents gasped.. I can’t explain how nice it was to have Lucy and her assistant have attention to detail with getting the dress on me, cinching the waist, fluffing the dress multiple times to make sure it looked like absolute perfection before I showed my parents. That sort of care really stuck out to me.

I just can’t recommend more highly.

What a gem! White Atelier offers a fantastic collection of gowns, each more beautiful than the last. The customer service was top-notch, and I felt like they truly cared about making my wedding day perfect. The boutique itself is gorgeous, providing a calm and luxurious atmosphere. I had an absolutely magical experience at White Atelier bridal studio! From the moment I walked in, I felt like a star. The studio was exclusively mine for the appointment, which made the whole experience incredibly special. The dresses were beautifully organized by style, which is a huge plus for brides who already have an idea of what they want.

The fitting room itself was stunning—an aesthetic dream that made trying on dresses even more enjoyable. I was thrilled that they can accommodate up to 6 guests, which made it easy to share the experience with loved ones.

A special shoutout to Lucy, who was exceptionally helpful and made perfect recommendations tailored to my wedding vibe. With so many gorgeous options, it was tough to choose just one, though I ultimately found the perfect dress. Honestly, I could have bought more if I could!

Thanks to Lucy and the team for helping me find my perfect dress!! This was the perfect one for my day. And I had such a lovely experience trying everything on with my bridal team. Communication and customer care was excellent. Obviously all wedding dresses on order have a bit of variability and when the manufacturer sent ours with a slight difference I noticed (even though it was still stunning), Lucy went above and beyond to get it sorted in less than a week - having additional beading express shipped and applied at her own expense. Even without her doing this, it would have been the most gorgeous dress for my day. It’s easy for someone to be great when everything goes right but it takes real service to be great when it needs extra customer care. You all made my day extra special.
