I recently purchased my wedding dress from White Atelier and I had a wonderful experience, especially with Lucy. I walked in overwhelmed and over it after some other not so enjoyable experiences at other stores. Lucy put me at ease right away and listened to what I was hoping/searching for. She made suggestions that I would have not considered (which was amazing) and nothing was too much to ask! I ended up purchasing a dress based on her recommendations and it was just PERFECT. Most other stores tried to push rush fees, whereas Lucy assured me whilst it was tight but she was confident we wouldn't have any issues. White Atelier in particular Lucy was amazing. Lucy was able to see the vision of the dress and with that found the exact dress that I was after. Lucy was really lovely with adding a veil and all other details to make the experience. One stop hit with Lucy! I had an amazing experience at White Atelier bridal with Lucy. They had a beautiful selection of gowns, the studio was stunning and the atmosphere was very calming and special. My wedding was only 5 months out from my initial appointment and they ensured my dress would arrive on time, my gown even arrived over a month earlier than anticipated. I had two seperate appointments with Tammy and both times she was extremely friendly and professional. She provided a personable experience and made me feel really comfortable both times I was there. They have a stunning range of dresses and they assist you with getting into them. I will be going back next week to officially say “yes to the dress” and put my order in. I had an amazing experience at White Atelier Bridal! The customer service was exceptional—Lucy was so lovely, understanding, and accommodating, especially when it came to my budget. The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful and aesthetic, creating the perfect atmosphere that made me feel like a real bride from the moment I walked in.

I’m from Sydney, so it was a bit of a trip for me to secure my dress, but it was completely worth it! I came in with a tight timeframe, especially with the added challenge of the Christmas break lockdown, but Lucy went above and beyond to ensure my dress arrived with plenty of time for alterations. This gave me so much peace of mind during an otherwise stressful time.
