  • Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

    Yes, you do! We want to give you our undivided attention and provide you with a personalized experience during your bridal appointment. You'll get to work with your own personal stylist who will answer all your questions and help you find your dream dress. We offer 60 minute appointments to give you plenty of time to try on all the gowns you like. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us an email and we can reschedule a time that suits you!

  • Can I share an appointment with a friend?

    Each bride is unique and deserves our full attention when searching for her perfect gown, so we don't offer shared appointments. But, if you and your friend both want to come in on the same day, we'll be happy to book two separate appointments for you. You can even book back-to-back appointments if you'd like!

  • How much does a wedding dress cost?

    We understand that weddings can be expensive and everyone has a budget, so we search the world for beautiful designer bridal gowns that are affordable without compromising on quality. Most of our gowns are priced between $2500- $3500, with the highest priced at $5000 and the lowest at $1900. Don't hesitate to let us know your budget so that we can help you find a dress that you love and fits your budget.

  • When do I need to order my wedding dress?

    We recommend starting your dress shopping approximately 10 months before your wedding to avoid feeling rushed or pressured. Made-to-order gowns typically take 6-8 months to arrive, and you'll need 2-4 weeks for alterations. However, if you're getting married in less than 6 months, we can request urgent orders from our designers so you can receive the dress within 4 months, however this might incur an additional urgent order fee. We also offer off-the-rack sample gowns that may work for you. Just let us know your usual dress size when inquiring about samples.

  • What can I expect at my appointment?

    During your appointment, you'll have a private fitting room and a one-on-one consultant to help you browse our beautiful selection of gowns. We'll start by getting to know you and your wedding style, and we'll offer recommendations on which dresses may suit you best. Our consultant can provide you with expert advice on the styles that suits your shape and wedding theme. You'll be able to try on 5-7 gowns and towards the end of the appointment, we can always go back to your favorites and if you decide to say Yes to the Dress! We will take your measurements and help you choose the best size and it’s time to celebrate!

  • What should I bring to my appointment?

    We recommend wearing nude, strapless, and seamless undergarments to your appointment, and you're welcome to bring any shapewear or shoes that you're considering. But don't worry, these are not required!

  • What if I don't know what type of dress I want?

    Don’t stress! We are here to help you find a dress that suits your style, figure, and wedding theme. We'll start by trying on different silhouettes to get an idea of what you like. Keeping an open mind is always a good idea, as you might just fall in love with a dress that you never thought of!

  • How many people should I bring?

    We suggest bringing your closest loved ones to help you find the dress that feels like you. We recommend a smaller party of 2-4 people to keep things intimate and focused on your unique style. If you want to bring more than 5 people, just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure everyone is comfortable.

  • What sizes are your samples?

    Our sample sizes range from bridal size 6-14, with most falling between sizes 8-12. Don't worry if your size is outside that range - we can help you find ways to experience the look of your desired dress! Since our gowns are made to order, we can order sizes ranging from 0-26, depending on the designer.

  • Do you have a cancellation or return policy?

    We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please be aware that made-to-order gowns, samples, and accessories are all final sale. We don't offer refunds for cancellations.

  • What is the process of purchasing a gown?

    Once we've taken your measurements and found the right size for you, we'll take a 50% deposit and order your gown. Your wedding dress will typically take 6-8 months to arrive, giving you plenty of time to find the perfect shoes and accessories to complete your look. Don't forget to check out our beautiful hairpieces and accessories during your appointment!

  • What is a trunk show?

    A trunk show is a special event where you can view additional styles from a particular designer that we don't currently carry in-store. You might even get to see the entire collection! These shows are by appointment only and tend to fill up quickly, so book early to avoid missing out.

  • Will you ship my gown to me if I live out of state or overseas?

    We recommend picking up your gown in person to ensure you're happy with your purchase. However, if you can't make it into the store, we're happy to ship your dress to you! Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your location. All shipments will be insured and require a signature upon delivery.
